Product Engineers - East Aurora, NY

Description:
STS AeroStaff Services is hiring Product Engineers for open positions in East Aurora, New York.

Job Duties:

• Lead the efforts associated with the creation, release and maintenance of the Material and Process Reports and Material Usage Agreements across more than 5 products
• Coordinate directly with customers on the materials selected and any special requirements associated with the materials
• Lead the Material Process discussions at technical interchange meetings and design reviews
• Coordinate with design engineers in the selection of materials that are appropriate for use in the application and to the greatest extend possible have heritage on other man rated programs

Qualifications:

• BS with 2 years’ related experience or MS with 1 year related experience in one of the following fields: Materials/Metallurgy, Chemical/Chemistry/Electro-Chemical, Welding, Industrial, or Mechanical
• Experience with complex mechanical hardware in an aerospace environment is recommended
• Experience in creating detailed reports and design documentation and presenting these reports to customers
