Ability to read precision measuring instruments.

Ability to read shop production blueprints.

Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.

Ability to follow directions during production and follow all safety protocols.

Basic understanding of machine set-up.

Blueprint training course.

Machine shop experience and/or OJT.
