Company is seeking an experienced Principal Electrical/Digital Design and Verification Engineer. This position requires experience applying engineering techniques to develop and test FPGA HDL logic for systems of significant complexity and scope. Experience with Xilinx and Micro Semi FPGAs and associated IDEs are desired.

Candidate shall be capable of:
1. Designing HDL code written in VHDL and Verilog.
2. Implementing robust clocking architectures
3. Implementing robust design timing constraints
4. Using simulation as a mean of verification
Familiarity with the Mathworks HDL coder is a plus
