Our client is a  full-service environmental, architectural, and engineering consulting firm that assists clients with environmental due diligence, regulatory compliance, and engineering design services.
Currently seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk II to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks. This position is located at our company’s Saint Louis MO headquarters.
Accounting Clerk II responsibilities include keeping financial records updated and preparing reports. In addition, the successful applicant will run accounting software programs (e.g. SAP, Quickbooks) to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts. An effective candidate should be familiar with all accounting procedures, have an in-depth understanding of business financial practices, and be attentive to details.
The successful Accounting Clerk II will be imperative to ensuring the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the Controller/Director of Finance
  • Type accurately; prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
  • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
  • Provide assistance and support to Project Managers and Regional Vice Presidents
  • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
  • Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
  • Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
  • Constantly update job knowledge


The successful applicant will demonstrate the following:
  • At a minimum, an Associates degree in Accounting or similar
  • 2 to 6 years of accounting experience as an Accounts Receivables Clerk or Accounts Payable Clerk
  • 10-key by touch skill
  • Competency with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures

  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports

Instrumentation Lab Technician (Aerospace Rotorcraft)

You Will :

• Report to the onsite Engineering Manager
• The Instrumentation Laboratory Technician is responsible for setting up, operation and maintenance of specialized instrumentation data acquisition systems.
• This includes the use of simple electronics equipment including ohmmeter and voltmeter. This includes wiring and soldering connections.
• He/she must possess technical skills for troubleshooting, maintenance and limited repair of low power DC circuits.
• Work on both metallic and Composite parts/ assemblies to fix strain gages and wiring for data collection
• There may be travel requirements for off-site testing which can last up to 8 weeks at a time. Also, candidate should
• Can work second shift if necessary.

You Will Need:
• Ability to solder and build cables, with knowledge of various connector types.
• Very good knowledge of strain gages, fixing them on surfaces such as Composite structures, metallic structures and pipes etc.
• Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team environment with customers and other disciplines
• Proficient to read and understand wiring diagrams for small project assembly

Inconen is looking for a Deceleration Engineer for our client, a well-known Aerospace Company, in Orlando, FL.

Duties:
Our client in Orlando, FL is seeking an Aerospace or Mechanical Engineer to support the deceleration team. This team is responsible for design and analysis of the parachute systems used for air-extraction of our various launch vehicles. These air-extractions are similar in concept to standard military cargo extraction from aircraft like the C-130 or C-17A.

The successful candidate will be asked to perform parachute design activities through 6DOF simulation and loads analysis. This entails designing parachute structures, reefing ratios, riser and mainline lengths, etc. to ensure a successful extraction and descent while ensuring launch vehicle load capabilities are not exceeded. The candidate will be expected to read, understand, update, and maintain a 6 Degree-of-Freedom simulation used to simulate the extraction and descent of our clients launch vehicles. What You’ll Do:

Provide first contact support of incoming requests to the service desk via telephone, web portal, email, chat and all operational contact types to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end-user issues.
Build rapport and gather problem details from service desk customers.
Use Service Desk scripts and other knowledge articles to gather appropriate data and guide users through resolution instructions.
Prioritize incidents and service requests according to defined processes.
Escalate incidents with accurate documentation to suitable technician, when required.
Record, track, and document the service desk incident within the Service Desk application.
Use remote tools and diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting.
Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization.
Work with end user to test fixes to ensure an incident has been adequately resolved.
Contribute to technician knowledge base as needed.
Provide suggestions for continual improvement.
What You’ll Need:

Knowledge of basic computer hardware, including desktops and laptops
1 -3 year's experience working in an IT help desk call center or equivalent support function
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent problem solving abilities
Good written and oral communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport building, listening, and questioning skills
Strong documentation skills
Fluent English
Very high level of dependability and punctuality required
Primary function is answering telephone calls, typing and using a PC (keyboard, mouse, and monitor)
Able to follow a script in communicating and interacting with callers
Ability to work various shifts
Ability to stay calm and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Exceptional customer service orientation
Polite and courteous
Multi-tasking (listening, comprehending, talk, type, accessing multiple screens)*
Dexterity with hands as well as efficiency in typing and using a PC*

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma combined with 1 + year of relevant work experience; Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree related to information technology preferred but not required.

Service Repair Tech

Description:
PDS Tech is seeking an Service Repair Technician for an open position in Streetsboro, OH.

ROLE PURPOSE:
Perform duties involving the repair of electrical assemblies, sub-assemblies and components returned by customers.  Construct and repair special test equipment for testing assemblies and sub-assemblies.  Interface with machinery production, customer service, spare parts, engineering and field service personnel.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Perform a wide variety of duties involved in visual inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic assemblies, and printed circuit boards.  Ensure functional integrity and proper operation of the repaired items for the company’s line of specialized products.
  • Advise and consult with proper supervision of serious problems encountered.  Assist in the design or modification of in-house testing equipment.  Provide suggestions and recommendations to resolve or avoid reoccurrence of problems or improve product performance.
  • Record time, production, test data or other required information in system.  Report faulty equipment, defective materials, improper operation and unusual condition to supervision.
  • Work from blueprints, specifications, checklists, oral or written instruction.  Use measuring equipment and specialized test equipment.
  • Adhere to company policies, including plant-wide static reduction.  Maintain all work areas and equipment used in a clean and orderly condition. Observe all prescribed or standard safety rules and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associates Degree in Electronics with 2 years’ experience.
  • Technical Certificate with 5 years’ experience.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical/electronic circuit and components.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot to the component level.
  • Previous experience working in IFS, SM+ or other ERP system.
