Aircraft Computerised - AFM Design Specialist

Description:
Aircraft Computerised - AFM Design Specialist -  China - Fixed Term Contract Basis.



Our Aerospace Client in China requires additional support. for their current and future programs. They desire an Engineer or Specialist with strong experience In Computerised AFM Design. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our client and to significantly contribute towards the success of their existing and new aircraft programs.



Required Experience and Qualifications:
 
  • Proficient in transport category aircraft performance algorithm design and aircraft performance software development, experienced in DO-178 B/C guided avionics software systems development and corresponding airworthiness activities.  
Experience:

  • 10 years or above Required.

Preferred:

 
  • Participated in the development of the Computerized-AFM development and corresponding airworthiness experiences.
  • Expertise on aircraft performance algorithms, aircraft performance software development, and the Computerized-AFM or other avionics software technical airworthiness planning and verification support.
  • Equipped with abundant practical experience in aircraft design.
  • Good communication and presentation capability.
  • Good teamwork capability.
  • Good command of English.

Job Description:
  • Participate in the Computerized-AFM development requirements analysis and design.
  • Participate in the Computerized-AFM software architecture design.
  • Participate in the Computerized-AFM aircraft performance algorithm design.
  • Generate the  aircraft Computerized-AFM development technical solutions, technical standards, and technical indicators.
  • Provide technical support to existing airframe versus Computerized AFM airworthiness certification activities including development of airworthiness plans, basis of certification, and other issue.
  • Research the cutting-edge method of the transport category aircraft performance computational software.

Candidates should be prepared to live and work in China full time  on a fixed term contract basis - duration 1-3 years. Applicants are asked to highlight their relevant experience upon application.
