Job Summary:
Structural analysis in support of aerospace structures.

Roles and Responsibilities
Developing static external aircraft loads and repeated external loads spectrum for aircraft and components, Flutter, Aircraft Dynamic Analysis, Vibration, Vibro-acoustics, Performing static strength (stress) analyses, Performing durability and damage tolerance (DADT) analyses, Building finite element models and/or post-processing results for structural analysis. These activities may be in support of new designs, modifications, retrofits, or support of fielded aircraft.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
BS+4-8 YRS or MS+2-6 YRS
Aerospace experience is required.
Familiarization and use of specialized tools for structural analysis is required.
Familiarity and experience with FEA tools such as NASTRAN and PATRAN (or other pre/post processor software), is desired.
Candidate must have working knowledge/experience with Computer Aided Design software and be capable of interpreting detail, assembly, and installation type drawings.
