Must have a good knowledge of RTCA documents DO-178 and DO-160.

Aerospace Simulations System Engineer

Description:
*This is a 6 month contract position located in Orlando*



We are hiring a contract an Aerospace System Engineer with particular skills in integrating simulation software into military vehicles. Besides the normal duties of system engineering (maintaining and creating timelines/milestones, cost and schedule creation, requirements development, decomposition, derivation and allocation, integration expertise, working with IPT/SEIT, integration teams, technical planning, system verification/validation), candidate will need to be well versed in simulation software integration specifically, with software such as WARSIM, JSAF, EPIC, P3D, Titan Vanguard.



A good amount of the work will involve simulation training and simulation domain including Joint, Live, Virtual & Constructive (JLVC) training systems architecture, simulation interoperability architecture such as Test and Training Enabling Architecture (TENA), and simulated terrain and entity model generation tools.



Required:
*5 years’ experience in Simulation System Engineering, integration, V&V, simulation training, etc.
*Basic requirements development (DOORS), verifying HW&SW, and V&V
*Support software implementation through requirement and model interpretation and maintenance
*Experience in Systems Engineering Integration Teams (SEIT); software implementations; Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) methodologies

Job Summary:

You should have a working knowledge of Fault Detection, Fault Isolation, False Alarm Mitigation, and No Fault Found (Can Not Duplicate). You will develop diagnostic models from schematics, FMECAs, and other available supplier documentation. What does a great Sr. Java Software Engineer do?
We are looking for a Senior Application Analyst who brings considerable experience with application-layer development and user interface implementation for both web and mobile web applications, using Cloud technologies.

Build modern micro services on a cloud platform (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) in Java and Kotlin. As a Sr. Application Analyst, you will work closely with the Solution Architect to design solutions, ensure standard approaches are taken and new applications fit into the existing web platform.

You will also work closely with Product Development to identify and analyze functional requirements and implement software solutions to meet those needs. Bring First Data to the next level.

State of the art frameworks like Spring Boot, Redis and RabbitMQ are already in use. The Sr. Application Analyst will drive this forward and lead First Data to Reactive development, Kafka and even more, always focused on quality, speed and on the best solution.

• Ensures adherence to established standards and may consult with senior managers on technology solutions. Supports existing business systems applications and may be responsible for leading technical aspects of a project. Job Requirements
• Extensive years of related IT experience. Bachelor’s Degree at College of Engineering and Technology is a must or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in strong core java & J2EE skill
• 4 years minimum experience in Spring Boot and micro services

• 3+ years of Spring and REST/SOAP services experience
• Strong knowledge in Java and / or Kotlin web application design and development.
• Strong knowledge of Spring frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring integration, Spring Security, etc.), JPA, RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Microservice architectures in a cloud environment.

Knowledge of Cloud infrastructures, preferable PCF or nice to have – experience in Cloud technologies like PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Knowledge of API gateway knowledge, preferable Apigee.

Job Description:
1. This position is part of the Systems Engineering organization at our client.
2. Candidate is needed to fulfill a role in obsolescence management of aircraft components, also known as Diminishing Manufacturing Sources & Material Shortages.
3. Specifically, tasks will support the F-35 program and involve activities needed to mitigate the effects of obsolescence including last-time buys, lifetime buys, and Bill of Material (BOM) monitoring.
4. Additional duties will include inventory management and coordination, review and dispositioning of Supplier Data Requirements Lists (SDRLs), generating and briefing Business Case Analyses (BCAs) for parts buys, and developing Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) to the Customer.
