Job Summary:
Search and Rescue (SAR) Tech /Personnel Recovery Equipment Technician in the Ft. Bragg/Fayetteville, NC area.

Essential duties includes: Testing of all assigned Personnel Recovery (PR) special mission equipment and systems. Maintain database to track equipment status and periodic maintenance inspection dates. Maintain inventory control utilizing automated systems. Coordinate the outsourcing and life cycle replacement for PR special mission equipment. Conduct basic and advance user-level training on operation of assigned equipment as well as required field maintenance. Support, issue and receive equipment for deployed/deploying personnel, exercise and training events.
