Avionics Engineer

Description:
****MUST have an Active Secret Clearance or to have had one within the last 2 years****

Job Description:
1. Supports development, design, integration and test function of Avionics/flight control systems, including electronics, SW, hydraulics, etc.
2. Analyzes product/system designs, applying knowledge of technology and materials to ensure a design that considers functionality, appearance, FAA compliance, availability, safety and cost.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Experience in Electronic Warfare operations, implementation, or aircraft integration

Desired Skills:
1. MATLAB and/or C++ for analysis tool development
2. Familiarity with JSF avionics suite and systems engineering processes.
3. Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. Matlab)
4. Familiarity with JSF tools including SIMS and Dimensions
5. Familiarity with the F-35 Mission Systems design of Radar, Electronic Warfare / Countermeasures, and Fusion.
6. Microsoft Office products including Excel spreadsheet, scheduling and Database applications experience
7. Good oral and written communication skills and have the ability to convey technical data in concise messages and presentations.

Education:
1. Level 2: BS+4-8 YRS or MS+2-6 YRS
