As a Project / Industrial Engineer you will work for Belcan Engineering onsite supporting our client in Louisville, Colorado. You will support execution of production activities and scheduling implementation while being an independent driver of change and improvement.

Job Description:
* Implement processes surrounding production planning and execution to the production schedule for the customer
* Support new rules and best practices that drive production planning and schedule execution for the customer
* Estimated 75% production floor presence and 25% scheduling support
* Provide direct scheduling support to Master Schedulers for schedule maintenance, schedule updates, incorporating schedule changes, processing of scheduling reports, etc.
* Mediate and Liaison information between production and scheduling
* Review visual build plans, scheduling predecessor network, and current production installations to align all three areas and enhance schedule accuracy
* Conduct daily reviews of current and future installations to ensure predecessor network does not drive over population of specific build areas
* Conduct daily constraint analysis based on floor observations
* Conduct duration analysis on the floor and feed actuals back to production scheduling team

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Supply Chain, or Engineering (or related field of study) is strongly encouraged
* Five years or more of relevant experience. (Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education)
* Work experience within the Aerospace or Space Industries is preferred
* Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with different levels of management and personnel on a daily basis
* Self-starter with abilities to drive scheduling and production efforts to meet deadlines and goals
* Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
* Due to the nature of our work, must be a US Citizen
