ECU Circuit and Systems Engineer

Description:
This position is responsible for Engine Control Unit (ECU) Circuit and Systems design for a new aircraft turbine propulsion system. The successful candidate will have systems engineering and electrical circuit design experience and understand how to flow system requirements to the hardware and software engineering teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
* 5+ years Aerospace circuit design experience
* Electro-mechanical systems requirements development experience
* Systems requirements flow down & management experience
* Understanding of electro-mechanical design process
* Proficient in interpreting and analyzing electro-mechanical engineering drawings
* Understanding of DO-160 and its application in the qualification of complex systems hardware
* DOORS proficiency
* Ability to drive teams to success
* Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Self-motivated, accountable, detail-oriented

PREFERRED SKILLS:

* Engine ECU and LRU familiarity
* Electro-mechanical circuit testing experience
* Electro-mechanical system integration experience
