The Cyber Security Engineer will develop, plan, organize and conduct complex design and Cyber Security certification assignments on Textron Aviation aircraft. This role will operate in one or more functional disciplines within engineering. Work requires use of advanced Cyber Security principles.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for completing complex development, design, testing and Cyber Security certification assignments for Platform Information Technology (PIT) during new aircraft design and avionics modifications. Serves as technical consultant for Program Protection activities, including Trusted Systems and Networks (TSN), Cyber Resiliency, Anti-Tamper, and Information Protection. Gathers data and prepares documentation in support of U.S. Government Assessment and Authorization (A&A) efforts to obtain Cyber Security Authorization to Operate (ATO) certification.
2. Performs research, calculations, and estimates for projects to conform with established specifications. Develops creative, scientific alternatives during course of job assignments to reach desired outcome. Determines status of work in progress.
3. Maintains a high degree of proficiency in computer applications to accomplish tasks.
4. Consults and coordinates with other engineering and manufacturing personnel to coordinate design function and resolve technical problems. Consults with suppliers to discuss and remedy issues in a more timely and efficient manner. Consults with customer Cyber Security representatives to develop and verify requirements, mitigate risks, and devise action plans.
5. Requests and coordinates work performed by Engineering support groups, Experimental, Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management for the project. Instructs suppliers as to materials, equipment and hardware for utilization on aircraft in accordance with approved specifications.
6. Maintains contact with Product Support Engineering and production departments to resolve engineering problems impeding production and to assist in the incorporation of new design concepts and changes.
7. Monitors and conducts analyses on first article fabrication and operation to assure adequacy of design.
8. Reviews and evaluates supplier proposals for potential utilization.
9. Assures supervision awareness of program status, problems and successes. Provides periodic design reviews and updates presentations to management of engineering and other company organizations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Current CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
• Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) per DoDI 8510.01 or AFI 17-101
• Ability to obtain U.S. security clearance
• Professional and diplomatic demeanor
• Strong sense of accountability and integrity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Time management skills to support multiple concurrent projects
• Ability to read 2D drawings using standard industry practices
• Proficient in use of standard Microsoft Office programs

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Current Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certification
• Current U.S. Secret or higher security clearance
• Experience with military avionics and mission systems, especially encrypted radios or military datalink communications systems
• 3 or more years of experience with DoD cybersecurity including RMF/ATO/DIACAP certification
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or Computer Science

Job Description

Instrumentation Lab Technician (Aerospace Rotorcraft)

You Will :

• Report to the onsite Engineering Manager
• The Instrumentation Laboratory Technician is responsible for setting up, operation and maintenance of specialized instrumentation data acquisition systems.
• This includes the use of simple electronics equipment including ohmmeter and voltmeter. This includes wiring and soldering connections.
• He/she must possess technical skills for troubleshooting, maintenance and limited repair of low power DC circuits.
• Work on both metallic and Composite parts/ assemblies to fix strain gages and wiring for data collection
• There may be travel requirements for off-site testing which can last up to 8 weeks at a time. Also, candidate should
• Can work second shift if necessary.

You Will Need:
• Ability to solder and build cables, with knowledge of various connector types.
• Very good knowledge of strain gages, fixing them on surfaces such as Composite structures, metallic structures and pipes etc.
• Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team environment with customers and other disciplines
• Proficient to read and understand wiring diagrams for small project assembly
• Able to read and understand mechanical drawings
• Microsoft software suite applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Good communication skills – oral and written.
• Physical strength -ability to lift up to 75 lbs , climb and work for extend periods in confined areas

Position Summary:

Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations. Analyze processes and process improvement. Job Duties:
Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws.
Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.
May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions
Follows approved assembly procedures for component or aircraft structures, consulting internal procedures that have been FAA approved, original equipment manufacturers (OEM’s) technical data, and work package instructions.
Positions and aligns subassemblies in jigs or fixtures, using measuring instruments, following blueprint lines and index points.
Inspects completed work to identify any needed rework before signing off; ensures that repaired components meet prescribed standards and lerances.
Performs serviceability tests as required, utilizing test equipment specified in technical manuals.
Completes work package documentation as required by FAA and/or repair station manual.
Submits completed work to Quality Assurance for final/in progress inspection and certification of airworthiness.
Education:

A&P and mechanical/electrical experience a plus

Experience:
Journeyman Technician Role requiring Intermediate Skills to perform most of the standard tasks within the technical area assigned to.
Generally 2-4 years or more experience in area of responsibility with assembly, mechanical, electrical or aircraft structures as well as able to use all tech data and aircraft drawings to locate part numbers and accomplish repairs.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Assignments require Standard Knowledge of a Technical Area. Rapid learning and application of new information and concepts within the Technical Area begins to take place at this level.
Performs moderately complex Technical Assignments. Proficient in riveting, installation of relate hardware, usage of precision instruments and utilization of hand tools to perform these tasks.
Must be able to fabricate parts.
Reads work orders, blueprints, and specifications or examines sample or damaged part or structure to determine repair or fabrication procedures and sequence of operations.
Repair body or structure of aircraft according to specifications.
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Be proficient in the usage of air powered hand tools and related equipment.
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Ability to work different shifts and flexible hours if required.
Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, EPA, State and Federal regulations.

Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,
You must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Or Equivalent degree) with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Avionics systems design and certification OR a minimum of 12 years’ experience if no degree.
You must have previous experience of supporting aircraft ground, flight, and functional testing.
You have a working knowledge of Rockwell Collins Proline 21 or Fusion Avionics Systems. (preferred)
You must have a good working knowledge of FAA & EASA Part 25 certification requirements.
You must have working knowledge of RTCA documents DO-178 and DO-160.
You must have the ability to interpret software documentation including logic diagrams related to avionics systems.
You must have experience with utilizing ARINC data to isolate faults related to system controls software.

Ordnance Engineer Role description & Responsibilities:
The Future ICBM Sustainment and Acquisition Contract (FISAC) Propulsion Subsystem Support Contract (PSSC) Engineer is responsible for ensuring sustainment engineering of the Minuteman III weapon system at the Hill Air Force Base facility.

Overall responsibility: Provides technical support of the Air Force ICBM missile system for the ordnance components by defining, organizing, and managing assigned PSSC projects from conception through execution. Major roles and responsibilities include: Providing technical support of Ordnance Aging and Surveillance (AS) activities for the Minuteman III system. Coordinates AS testing and analyses and performs modeling of subsystems as required. Functions as part of a customer directed Integrated Product Team (IPT), working directly with the customer and subcontracted suppliers to support ongoing Minutemen III system maintenance operations to ensure missile force readiness. Develops stage and component AS test requirements, planning and procedures, oversite of testing, and performs analyses of test data to provide Service Life Estimates. Uses specific knowledge to successfully research, plan, communicate and achieve objectives through program and/or project team. Provide technical support of all phases of design analysis, development, integration and implementation. Analyzes, evaluates, and plans methods of approach and organized means (integrated logic flow diagrams) to integrate new products or technologies into the system. Directs projects and coordinates activities concerned with technical activities, engineering design evaluations and project schedules to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints.

Our Client is seeking a Material Planner to support the Strategic Programs Division. Conduct capability assessments that verify supplier qualifications travel to assigned suppliers and lead multiple projects to completion.

Evaluate the impact of non-conforming products and assess suppliers' corrective action robustness in order to ensure strong and permanent countermeasures.

Perform Source Inspection of product at supplier locations.
Perform and Evaluate First Article Inspections per the requirements of AS9102 as well as train suppliers to meet expectations.

Job Title: Test Engineer - Hypersonics

Position Description of Test Engineer:
The successful candidate will serve as a Test Engineer that will conduct electrical and environmental testing efforts.
Specific duties include development of test procedures utilizing electrical/mechanical test equipment, conducting test in the production of Hypersonic Glide Bodies (HGB), analyzing test results, and documenting results in test reports.
