Description:
Operations Engineer
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Duration: 6 months

Job Description:
Drive continuous improvement in assigned build area.
Partner with build team leadership to identify high priority improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders (especially the mechanics) to execute improvement projects and to ensure gains are sustained.

Comments for Suppliers:
Bachelors degree Required
4+ years in aerospace/aviation/aircraft manufacturing and manufacturing continuous improvement.
Will be supporting component final finish (CFF) Experience using fundamental lean tools (6S, PDCA, Visual Management, etc) Kaizen

Level 4: BS+16 YRS or MS+14 YRS
