Description:
*This is a full-time, 1 year contract position located in Fort Worth, TX*

We are seeking a skilled tool designer who will be creating fixtures, tooling and equipment. Candidate will develop test procedures and update existing technical manuals.



Daily duties will involve designing, developing and implementing industrial machinery and equipment taking into account accessibility, economy, mobility, and performance requirements. Will use CAD/CAM to design tools, [CATIA].

Required:
*9 years experience in aerospace tool design using CATIA.

*Experience with tools, dies, gauges, jigs, fixtures, prototype and experimental model production.

*Familiar with factors in tooling such as as accessibility, economy, mobility, and performance requirements.
*Experience in analyzing and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents and formulating test procedures.
*Active Secret Clearance (and reinvestigated within last five years)

*Perdiem Split available for out of town candidates



Preferred:

*GD&T

*AS or 4 year degree
