Lean Manufacturing Expert - Aerospace - China

Description:
Leading Chinese aerospace organisation are seeking Lean Manufacturing Expert to work within their modern aircraft manufacturing facility to be responsible for the planning and implementing a lean manufacturing & improvement plan. Responsibilities include:

Planning, implementation, monitoring, improvement of the company's lean manufacturing overall plan.
Lean improvement of production site, optimization of production process, coordination of various production lines and functional departments, and realization of lean strategy for cost reduction and efficiency;
Cultivate and train the company's lean manufacturing team.
You will have implemented lean manufacturing strategies within the aerospace industry taking responsibility for large projects, ideally within aircraft manufacture, with an understanding of the latest intelligent manufacturing methods. You will be degree qualified (or above) and preferably be Six Sigma qualified, ideally certified Black Belt.


The position is based in Shanghai and will be an initial 2-3 year fixed-term employment contract comprising an attractive basic salary with generous allowances for accommodation, local transport, home leave and medical cover available.
