Program Manager
Summary: Responsible to acts as the focal point for customers. Interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, handling and resolving complaints in a timely manner with courtesy and professionalism. Develops a communication plan for assigned programs and ensures functional support to each plan by performing the following duties.

Language Ability:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft AX.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
