Revit Support for Electrical Design

Description:
Manning Design and Engineering Group
Revit Support needed to help create electrical design views and Construction Documents for lighting, power, communications, and fire alarm systems for buildings. New projects include commercial, industrial, and medical buildings. Renovation projects include retail and office spaces. The workload varies based on project construction timelines; the average work week is 25 hours. Wages are based on knowledge and experience. This is an independent contractor (1099) position.
Requirements:
• Proficient with Autodesk’s Revit and standard Microsoft Office products
• Knowledgeable with Revit electrical families, properties, linking, and schedules
• Self-managed to work remote on cloud based BIM360 models
• Proficient with Autodesk’s AutoCAD software is a plus
• Meet weekly with Project Engineer for guidance on client expectations
• Willing to accept instruction to follow company and client standards
• Own subscription for Revit and BIM360 is a plus, but company license available
• Own personal computer and smart phone
• Must live in the Charlotte metro area
