Qualifications and Education Requirements
BS+9-15 YRS or MS+7-13 YRS

Highly Desired Skills: Microsoft Project and/or Open Plan Experience, Milestones Professional Experience, Proven Planning and Scheduling Expertise, Proposal and Program Execution Experience. Demonstrated Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Experience, DCMA Schedule Metrics/Data Driven Metrics Knowledge and Schedule Risk Analysis SRA experience.
