PWB Design Engineer III
Canoga Park, CA
5 Month Contract
$45-50.00/Hr

** Candidates must be U.S. Citizens **

** Permanent residents are NOT eligible for this role **

** Dual citizens are NOT eligible for this role. Also, candidates with a current non-U.S. passport in addition to a U.S. passport are NOT acceptable **

Duties:

-Must have Altium Design experience specifically with using both schematic capture, and board layout design for power supplies (high voltage and high current).

-Must have good drafting skills per GD&T rules.

The primary duty is to generate PWB on Altium PWB Design Tools for applications our design programs.
This assignment will require an experienced individual that can work closely with electrical/electronics circuit designers and electro-mechanical designers in a team environment.


Skills:

-Must have ALTIUM design experience specifically. Other PWB tools are not applicable.

-Extensive (6+ years) experience in the design, development and generation of PWB drawings.

Must have experience in the developing the assembly drawings atthe Circuit Card Assembly/Printed Wiring Assembly (CCA/PWA) level using either CREO or newly release Drafting Option within Altium.

-GD&T experience is required.

Education:

-BSEE with 5 years of experience or 10+ years of direct industry experience in design and development of Printed Wiring Boards and Circuit Card Assemblies.
