The selected candidate will help design, certify & support commercial airplanes by applying state-of-art reliability and maintainability engineering design, modeling and analysis principles. R&M Engineering is a key functional discipline that supports the airplane development for optimal performance, lifecycle economics & compliance to safety and airworthiness requirements.

Position Responsibilities:
• Use modeling, simulation and data analytics methodologies & tools including statistical and probabilistic analyses.

The Company’s Missile Defense National Team is seeking motivated and talented Senior (Level 4) Systems Engineer to join the team. This position is located at Colorado Springs, CO.

Program Information:
The C2BMC National Team provides technical solutions to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) Contract. C2BMC is the integrating element for the Ballistic Missile Defense System and links various sensors and weapon systems. The system provides capabilities to integrate and synchronize missile defense systems and operations, providing a layered defense against multiple ranges of threats and in all phases of flight.

Technical Skills Required
- Must possess the ability to be part of an integrated team tasked with developing and maintaining the physical, functional, and technical requirements baselines necessary to describe the desired capabilities of an evolving MDS Command & Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) system
- Demonstrated experience in mission analysis with skill in development of use cases, sequence diagrams, and SysML modeling in support of MBSE
- Experience with Agile Methods, and Epic and Feature definition is a significant plus
- Skills generating system/element level functional, performance, and interface specifications to document and control the achievement of the desired capabilities
- Skills in logical architecture modeling and/or interface definition, as well as knowledge of cyber security concepts and security accreditation are highly desirable.

The Company’s Missile Defense National Team is seeking motivated and talented Mid (Level 3) Software Engineer to join the team. This position is located at Colorado Springs, CO. supporting the DevSecOps (DSO) Product Team.

Program Information:
The C2BMC National Team provides technical solutions to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) Contract. C2BMC is the integrating element for the Ballistic Missile Defense System and links various sensors and weapon systems. The system provides capabilities to integrate and synchronize missile defense systems and operations, providing a layered defense against multiple ranges of threats and in all phases of flight.

Position Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support the C2BMC DevSecOps team to develop and deploy Infrastructure as a Service and Platform as a Service capability. The candidate will assist in the system administration of multiple environments, software deployment, troubleshooting, and automation in a DevSecOps environment for a critical customer program. We are working with the leading DevOps practices and tooling (Hashicorp Tools, Gitlab CI/CD, Ansible Tower and Nexus Pro).
- Work on systems administration related issues with hardware and software for different network environments.
- Support deployment of custom software solutions integrating COTS, GOTS, and developed software.
- Propose system administration process improvement to reduce overall maintenance requirements by working with the design team and manufacturers.
