Seeking a Telemetry Engineer that will establish/coordinate the telemetry requirements for a development missile. Duties will include working with missile engineers and system engineers to determine the measurements and communication that will be telemetered to a ground station from the missile while the missile is in flight. Will require development of the master measurements list (MML) and post-processing of the telemetered data post flight testing or ground testing. Duties also include development/set-up of the telemetry test set (ground station) that will be used during pre-test checkouts of the missile. Will coordinate with the Government Test Range on requirements for telemetry data capture by Test Range assets and corresponding post-processing of data for delivery to Lockheed Martin.

Basic Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, any Technical Degree
• Embedded Telemetry or Flight Termination Design Experience
• Experience with software development
• Experience Integrating HW and SW
• Experience with verifying that system interfaces are compliant to associated ICDs.
• Active secret clearance preferred, willing to consider candidates with previously held active clearances. Interim clearance required prior to start, full secret to continue working contract assignment.

Desired Qualifications:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Our Manufacturing Operations planning team breaks down the released engineering and develops the work instructions (planning), tooling requirements, and implementing changes to our existing and future products.

What you’ll be doing as a Manufacturing Operations Planner

-Incorporate changes to Engineering using Bell systems, Policies and Procedures, and coordinating the changes with our Change Group and Manufacturing Customers.

-Utilize Bell CAD systems to analyze the need for tooling and participate in the design and evaluation process to produce our aircraft assemblies.

-Provide timely support to our factory floor to ensure timely and accurate changes to released production orders.

-Reconcile Engineering Bill of Material with the Manufacturing Bill of Material to ensure BOM consumption and reconciliation of errors.

Provide responsive liaison support to the factory floor.
