Program Job Description:
The technical support individual will be responsible for completing hands-on work, including testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic hardware in a fast-paced environment. This role requires the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform various tasks, such as working with bonding adhesives, weighing, measuring, and mixing chemicals, as well as soldering and de-soldering circuit boards and harnesses. Additionally, the individual will utilize hand tools to complete tasks and operate commercial and program-specific test equipment. To diagnose and repair both electronic and mechanical hardware, they will use written procedures, engineering drawings, and diagrams. The successful candidate will be capable of performing tests, diagnosing issues, and repairing electronic hardware with limited supervision. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Los Angeles, California, requiring the individual to work on-site at all times.

Required Experience:

Qualifications to be considered should include a 4-year college degree, a 2-year degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, an equivalent technical degree, or relevant military experience.
1-3 years experience reading engineering drawings and schematics is required.
1-3 years experience with electronic troubleshooting, with the ability to fault-isolate to individual components is required.
1-3 years experience with electro-optical sensor hardware and software is required
1-3 years experience with commercial and/or military electronics maintenance, including hand tool operation and maintenance is required.

Desired Skills:

The ideal candidate will have familiarity with test equipment operation, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration. 1-3 years experience

40% - Create, check and maintain design product definition (Models & Drawings) for engineering designs. This includes, but is not limited to, preparation of design layouts and/or preliminary conceptual design layouts, as well as outsourced design project leadership.



30% - Performs design calculations to validate any phase of design requirements.



20% - Estimation of resources and schedule required to complete a design activity and training to staff.



10% - Provide technical guidance to less senior CAD designers and to design support personnel.

Skills:
Required:

Knowledge of Mechanical Aerospace hardware required.
Expert knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (ASME Y14.5).

MRB Engineer-Active Secret Clearance Required

You will be the Mechanical Review Board Design Engineer for an Air Dominance production team. Our team is responsible for producing key components of the missile system.

As the Mechanical Review Board Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the production programs by identifying and resolving production issues, defects, and failures.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement viable solutions, often in time-sensitive situations.

Your responsibilities will include:
•Participate as a key member in the Material Review Board (MRB) process, including reviewing non-conforming hardware for performance impacts, identify appropriate root cause and ensure corrective action is taken to prevent recurrence
•Coordinate effort within the Mechanical, Quality and Manufacturing team
•Support weekly meetings to review status to leadership

Required Experience:

•Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, preferably in an Engineering related field.

•Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing in accordance with ASME Y14.5 and ability to perform tolerance analysis.

•Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience with Creo design software

•Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience with Root cause and corrective action experience

•Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience with reading engineering drawings, documents, parts lists and specifications

•Be able to lead investigative effort and report status to interdisciplinary teams
