Essential Functions:
Under specific instruction and guidance, perform fitting of detail parts and basic drilling and riveting operations using basic mechanic hand tools (pneumatic drills, rivet gun, counter sinks, reamers and files, etc.) .
Ensure parts and work content meets the instructions of assigned manufacturing employee and/or Quality Control Inspector.
Learn to read work orders, blueprints, and specification sheets to determine sequence of operation and work requirement. .
Align and assemblies parts to be riveted using holding fixtures, pins, clamps and fasteners.
Observe and assist to become familiar with parts and assemblies, then works with decreasing supervision as experience is gained.
Other Requirements:
Must be able to read a scale and perform basic shop math.
Read and comprehend basic documents and instructions.
Must have essential personal skills, which include an aptitude for hands-on craftwork, a professional attitude, attention to detail, ability to work with people and to meet demanding schedules.

As a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and equipment from warehouse to production. Your key duties include:
Provide tactical and technical support across supply chain processes, including logistics, operations, and engineering property systems
Handle receiving, storage, shipping, and disbursement of materials and equipment
Operate hand trucks, forklifts, and company vehicles to move parts safely and accurately
Use SAP S4 to process goods receiving and issuing transactions
Verify material quantities, weights, and specs; maintain shipping records and route materials
Assemble kits per schedule and deliver them to the production floor
Maintain accuracy in documentation and communication with suppliers and internal teams
Required:
High school diploma or GED plus 1 year of additional education or relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Hands-on experience with SAP S4 for goods issuing and receiving
Strong communication skills and ability to interface with suppliers and internal teams
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed
Preferred:
Advanced proficiency in SAP S4 goods transactions
Ability to read and interpret Stores Pick Tickets
Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with supply chain workflows
Forklift or reach lift certification
Understanding of aerospace or manufacturing environments

Autoclave Operations Technician
As an Autoclave Operations Technician at PDS Tech Commercial, you will play a critical role in the curing and bonding of metallic, fiberglass, and carbon fiber aircraft parts. Working under direct supervision in a team-oriented environment, you will ensure that all components meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your contributions will directly impact the performance and reliability of advanced aerospace technology.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Set up and operate autoclaves and auxiliary equipment to cure and bond aircraft parts and assemblies.
Assist in selecting parts and assemblies for simultaneous bonding based on processing requirements and autoclave capacity.
Place racks and tools containing parts and assemblies within the autoclaves.
Connect thermocouples and vacuum lines to fittings on tool ports and inside the autoclave.
Maintain a neat and orderly work area, supporting the company's FOD and 5S program, and comply with all safety regulations.
Retrieve scheduled DWP lay-up tools from tool storage and prepare them for bond room lay-up operations.
Assist with the breakdown and cleaning of tools containing cured parts.
Store cleaned tools in specified storage areas.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
High School Diploma or GED.
One (1) year of related or autoclave operational experience.
Basic knowledge of computers and related systems.
Valid driver's license to obtain GAC cart and forklift license.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Basic operational understanding of overhead cranes, forklifts, and electric tow mules.
Ability to read, comprehend, and implement manufacturing procedures.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs and work any shift.
Previous experience with aerospace composite bonding, tool prep/cleaning, or operating autoclave/ovens.
Forklift experience.
Knowledge of hand and power tools.
Preferred:
Computer skills, preferably with ASC Software or similar cure programs.
Comfortable using email and communicating issues.
Forklift and overhead crane capability.
General knowledge of controls and functions of oven operations.
Familiarity with composite teardown processes and cleaning tool fixtures.
Strong communication skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Tooling Development: Develop and manage statements of work (SOW) for manufacturing tooling. Serve as the primary technical focal point for tooling fabrication both in-house and at supplier locations.
Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with QA, Design Engineering, Fabrication, and Vehicle Engineering teams to ensure tooling requirements are met to the highest standards.

As a Senior Project Engineer, you’ll be instrumental in developing and delivering environmental and life support systems and active thermal control systems for both commercial and defense space missions. What You’ll Be Doing
