ISO 9001 certification Senior Specialist

Description:
Qualifications: Experience with developing and implementing ISO 9001/AS9100 compliant audit plans and audits Experience with ISO 9001/AS9100 standard(s) Experience with implementing ISO9001/AS9100 compliant processes leading up to certification. Experience in managing projects with a cross-functional team. Experience with compliance relating to applicable regulations, policies and procedures Experience with obtaining, analyzing, and evaluating necessary processes documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts, etc. Ability to consistently and accurately manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed, clear reports Ability to focus and follow-through to conduct follow up audits to monitor managements interventions Bachelors Degree and minimum 6 yrs prior relevant experience, Graduate Degree with 4 years prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years prior related experience Preferred Additional Skills: AS9100/AS9110 Lead Auditor certification preferred ASQ Quality certifications are a plus Experience extracting requirements from both Military and Commercial contracts 4 years experience in root cause, corrective action determination and verification 4 years experience performing audits to AS9100/AS9110 or similar ISO standard Experience working within a matrix organization Required Skills: Project management Can work with cross functional teams to execute a project plan Ability to plan and lead regular status meetings Ability to plan and lead ISO 9001 compliant audits Ability to manage and analyze data Ability to analyze large amounts of data Ability to develop and manage root causes and corrective actions Ability to clearly and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing Knowledge of electro/mechanical design and manufacturing processes
