Description:
We have an Excellent Contract position for a Project/Component Engineer to join a leading Company in Canoga Park, CA.

Pay Rate: $55.00 - $70.00
** US Citizenship is required.**

Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include design support, trade studies, hardware development, specification preparation and release, fabrication support, nonconformance disposition, test planning, vendor/supplier integration, and coordination.
Supports combustion device hardware (injector, combustion chamber, nozzle) through the entire product life cycle.
Assesses hardware for manufacturability and producibility and coordinates with in-house manufacturing and external suppliers
Writes nonconformance disposition and supports investigation and resolution of hardware/process anomalies and issues.
Interfaces with other members of integrated product teams, management, and technical staff to define and implement engineering solutions to meet objectives.

Basic Hiring Criteria:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and two years directly related experience.
Operate effectively in a team environment.
MS Office suite tools.
Ability to interpret design CAD models, technical drawings, and specifications.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
