Project Manager

Description:
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team for an exciting new opportunity in El Cajon, California.

Hourly Rate: $31 to $65, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
• Project Scheduling: Create and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Budget Management: Track project budgets and costs, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Coordination: Facilitate communication and coordination between project engineers, operations teams, and other stakeholders.
• Reporting: Regularly report project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Aerospace experience is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Experience with the industrialization of new part numbers.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
