Contract Position

At Moseley we are supporting the largest defense contrators Missile and Fire Control program. The efforts of our employees are the key to the newest innovations in defense and aerospace.

Responsibilities:

Perform various types of mechanical inspections including dimensional, in-process machining and assembly, final inspection, receiving inspection, and routine first pieces on fabricated, subcontracted, and/or purchased parts.
Perform mechanical inspection utilizing Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other technical inspection equipment.
May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical processes or other control procedures.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Normally utilize computers to enter transactions, validate information and maintain database.

Qualifications:

Must be familiar with and capable of learning the use of all measuring instruments, tools, and gages required to perform various mechanical inspection functions.
Must have a good understanding of shop math and blueprint reading / interpretation. 
Inspection background (preferred Mechanical inspection experience)
Ability to use computers\
Electrical background
Experience using Calibers, Micrometers, CMM-Coordinated measuring machine
