Electrical Engineer

Description:
The successful candidate should have demonstrated knowledge and experience with motor initiators, igniters, and associated ignition system safety devices.

*The Candidate will provide technical oversight and monitoring of a major subcontract and related sub-tier subcontracts.
*This will include at minimum review of proposed engineering changes, evaluation of product failures, and compliance to requirements by the supplier.

The Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members including the customers and contractors.

*The Candidate must be able to work in a collaborative IPT (Integrated Product Teams) environment and will be responsible for representing client in several IPTs.
*The candidate must be a self-starter with good organizational skills.
*Previous integration and experience is desired.
*Experience across engineering disciplines is desired.
*Experience in risk management and earned value management is desired.
*The candidate should understand the concept of hardware obsolescence.
