About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Reliability Engineer to join their team on a long-term contract basis, with the option to work remotely. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in reliability engineering or a similar technical role.
Proven ability to create reliability reports and predictions (MTBF, Reliability Block Diagrams, etc.).
Experience with the following standards: SAE-GEIA-STD-0009, SAE-TAHB009A, MIL-STD-1629A, MILHDBK-472B, MIL-STD-785B, SAE-GEIA-STD-0007, and SAE-GEIA-HB-0007.
Experience in the generation of required artifacts. Reliability and Maintainability Predictions Reports, Reliability and Maintainability Block Diagrams & Mathematical Models Reports, Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) Reports.

Additional Qualifications (would be nice to have)
WindChill Quality Solutions experience
Experience with Software Reliability and Software Reliability Predictions.

Description:
Integrated Logistics Support Specialist -Provisioner (ILS Specialist)
The Provisioner (ILS Specialist) is responsible for logistics support activities, tasks and assignments. Provides guidance and recommendations while working with internal and Government personnel to establish the initial provisioning requirements for all contract deliverables from inception through the entire system lifecycle. Location: Cincinnati or Geneva, OH (100% On-site)

Experience Level: Senior (3+ years of DoD Program Management experience as a Prime or Subcontractor)

Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and execute high-profile contracts and complex programs within the aerospace and defense sector. This individual will manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk throughout the program lifecycle, serving as the main point of contact between internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

Lead the execution of contract requirements, ensuring that program objectives related to cost, schedule, and performance are met.

Direct and facilitate all program meetings (kick-off, status, and close-out) and manage the integrated product team (IPT).

Act as the primary liaison for internal teams and external customers, providing clear communication on program performance and status.

Support business development activities by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Participate in contract and subcontract negotiations, ensuring compliance with regulations and company objectives.

Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Track and report program performance, using Earned Value Management (EVM) and variance analysis.

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and internal company procedures.

Oversee inventory management and internal R&D projects, ensuring timely program closeouts.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.

3+ years of DoD Program Management experience, including as a Prime or Subcontractor for U.S. or allied military programs.

Proven expertise in managing contracts, proposals, and program execution in aerospace or defense.

Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), risk management, and cost/schedule analysis.

Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

PMP certification or equivalent (e.g., DAU Level 3/Advanced) preferred.
