General Summary:
• Seeking a Tooling Design Engineer who’s passionate about precision, creativity, and collaboration to help design the tools that bring company aircraft to life. Electrical/Avionics Engineer

Description:
Support the Electrical & Avionics Lead Engineer and the overall product development Integrated Product Team (IPT) in the electrical, avionics, and software engineering discipline. This position will entail successful integration of electrical and avionics systems into current and proposed new aircraft designs. The person filling this position will be required to produce electrical drawings such as wiring diagrams, harness assemblies, schematics, and installation drawings either manually or using AutoCAD. In addition, the person will prepare documentation in support of FAA certification activities.

Position Summary:
• As a member of the Product Development IPT, you will support all design groups by validating 3D CAD models and assemblies, and by performing detailed quality checks of 2D drawings to ensure compliance with company drafting standards and recognized industry best practices.

• Our QC Inspector position performs inspections or testing to ensure conformity with the type design engineering data. They document their results, identify defects and report when instances of poor quality items increase. Stress Engineer

Description:
Support the Lead Engineer and the overall product development Integrated Product Team (IPT) in the structural analysis discipline. This position will entail the development of detail analysis, creation of documentation and substantiation reports, and general coordination of stress and fatigue analysis within the IPT and Core Engineering.

MRB Stress Engineer

Description:
The MRB Stress Engineering Contractor evaluates, dispositions and performs substantiation analysis for a variety of engineering-related problems discovered during manufacturing and assembly. The successful candidate will provide a technical disposition for nonconforming parts and assemblies, ensuring compliance with type design, regulatory standards and airworthiness requirements.

As a key element in the cross-functional collaboration between MRB liaison, quality and manufacturing to meet regulatory requirements, the candidates role will be pivotal in maintaining the structural and functional integrity of our aircraft while supporting efficient production flow.

Essential Duties and responsibilities:
• Perform stress analysis of nonconformances of composite (and where required, metallic) parts and assemblies identified on the production line.

• Communicate NCRs clearly to Structures Stress team leads and request additional technical support when needed to ensure a flowing production line.

• Demonstrate knowledge of standard repair procedures for typical nonconformance occurrences.

Electrical Engineer - EWIS

Description:
The Aerospace Engineer, EWIS (Electrical Wiring Interconnect System) position is responsible for designing, analyzing, and maintaining the electrical configuration of aircraft systems. These EWIS aspects are for various systems and components on an airplane and rotorcraft. This role requires the significant exercise of independent discretion and judgment in matters of significance.

Responsibilities:
• Review and understand customer specifications, technical documentation, and electrical configurations.

Airframe Design Engineer

Description:
Position Summary:
• As a member of the Product Development IPT, you will support the Airframe Design Lead Engineer in all aspects of airframe design.
• You will contribute to primary and secondary structural design for current and future aircraft, producing CAD models, detail and assembly drawings, and installation documentation.

Position Summary:

General Summary:
• Serving as the primary technical focal point for company, the contractor will represent the company in interactions with the supplier, following their Detail Design engineering phase.
