Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the engineering authority on the production floor, supporting aircraft build and post-production activities
Assess and resolve product and process issues across the full lifecycle

Operate X-ray inspection equipment to verify solder joint quality on hidden connections
Interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and work instructions to ensure accuracy
Conduct in-process inspections (visual, AOI, X-ray) and document results
Troubleshoot solder defects like bridging, voiding, and tombstoning
Maintain ESD compliance and adhere to all safety and quality standards
Work under a microscope for detailed assembly and inspection tasks
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in processes and tooling
Strong soldering experience (SMT and/or through-hole) — certification not required
