Oshkosh Defense LLC,  Oshkosh, Wisconsin, was awarded a $141,018,624 firm-fixed-price contract for A2 Medium Tactical Trucks and Medium Tactical Trailers. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 30, 2024. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Detroit Arsenal, Michigan, is the contracting activity.

Clean Harbors Environmental Services Inc., Norwell, Massachusetts, has been awarded a maximum $25,740,050 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for hazardous waste removal and disposal. This was a sole-source acquisition with two responses received. This is an 18-month base contract with one 18-month option period. Locations of performance are throughout the northeastern U.S., with a Jan. 16, 2026, performance completion date. Using customers are Defense Department, Coast Guard, Fleet Industrial Supply Center, Air National Guard and Army Transportation Center. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services, Battle Creek, Michigan.

Salient CRGT Inc., Fairfax, Virginia (N6523623D8015), is awarded a $99,188,617 single award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, performance-based contract with provisions for cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price task orders. The contract is for fixed submarine broadcast system low frequency engineering services. This contract includes a five-year ordering period.  Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Work will be performed in Norfolk, Virginia (3%); Dallas, Texas (17%); Charleston, South Carolina (18%); San Diego, California (31%); and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (31%). Work is expected to be completed by January 2030. Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic, Charleston, South Carolina, is the contracting activity.

ACT II Services LLC,* Columbia, Maryland (W91278-23-D-0023); Accura Engineering and Consulting Services Inc.,* Atlanta, Georgia (W91278-23-D-0022); Thompson Engineering Inc., Mobile, Alabama (W91278-23-D-0021); APSI Construction Management,*  Irvine, California (W91278-23-D-0024); Resilient LLC JV,*  New Orleans, Louisiana (W91278-23-D-0025);  Aecom Services Inc., Los Angeles, California (W91278-23-D-0017); HDR Environmental, Operations and Construction Inc., Englewood, Colorado (W91278-23-D-0018);  Jacobs Government Services Co., Arlington, Virginia (W91278-23-D-0019); and Parsons Government Services Inc., Centreville, Virginia (W91278-23-D-0020), will compete for each order of the $99,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for architect and engineering services. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 16, 2028. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile, Alabama, is the contracting activity.

Apogee Engineering LLC, Colorado Springs, Colorado, was awarded an $84,497,683 firm-fixed-price task order for system engineering and integration support for the U.S. Strategic Command Nuclear Command, Control and Communications (NC3) Enterprise Center. This contract provides advisory and assistance services in support of USSTRATCOM's NC3 Enterprise Center operations such as, program and mission management, configuration management, technical standardization, mission engineering analysis, evolution and architecture support. Work will be performed at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska; Fort Meade, Maryland; Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado; and National Capital Region locations, and is expected to be completed by July 21, 2028. The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt AFB, Nebraska, is the contracting activity.

BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., Minneapolis, Minnesota, is awarded a $71,909,045 definite-quantity, fixed-price incentive, firm-fixed-price, fixed-price economic price adjustment contract for the manufacture and delivery of five Columbia-class submarine components. Work will be performed in Louisville, Kentucky (100%), and is expected to be completed by May 2030. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division, Bethesda, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

Burns & McDonnell, Kansas City, Missouri (W91238-23-D-0001); Benham-Stanley LLC, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (W91238-23-D-0002); HDR Engineering Inc., Folsom, California (W91238-23-D-0003); and Jacobs Engineering Group Inc.,  Irvine, California (W91238-23-D-0004), will compete for each order of the $99,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for architectural engineering services. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 18, 2028. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento, California, is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems,  Liverpool, New York, was awarded an $84,938,768 modification (P00015) to previously awarded contract FA8730-21-C-0022 for Three-Dimensional Expeditionary Long-Range Radar (3DELRR) systems. This modification provides for the exercise of options for four 3DELRR radars, associated production management, travel and other direct costs, and data under the basic contract. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $182,981,058. Work will be performed in Liverpool, New York, and is expected to be completed by Jan. 31, 2025. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity.

L3Harris Technologies Inc., Colorado Springs, Colorado, has been awarded a $39,092,259 contract modification to previously awarded contract for Maintenance of Space Situational Awareness Integrated Capabilities (MOSSAIC) sustainment services. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $582,538,259. Work will be performed in Colorado Springs, Colorado; and Dahlgren, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by Jan. 31, 2024. The Space Systems Center Directorate of Contracting, Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, Colorado, is the contracting activity.
