Parallax Advanced Research, Beavercreek, Ohio, has been awarded a $97,500,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for research and development. This contract provides for the application of cognitive systems engineering and agile software development methods to envision enhanced workflows, develop and transition rapid software prototypes and conduct scientific research and experimentation that improves analytic reasoning, insight and meaning-making from complex and uncertain data in a variety of operational domains. Work will be performed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio, and is expected to be completed by May 6, 2029. Parker Hannifin Corp., Irvine, California, is awarded a $43,000,000 firm-fixed-price, requirements contract for repair of 10 components in support of F/A-18 aircraft hydraulic system. This contract includes a two-year base period with no options. Work will be performed in Irvine, California (43%); Elyria, Ohio (25%); San Diego, California (24%); Kalamazoo, Michigan (7%); and Cherry Point, North Carolina (1%). Lockheed Martin Corp.,  Orlando, Florida, is awarded a $14,498,620 firm-fixed-price modification to previously awarded contract to exercise options for Machinery Control System production shipsets in support of both the DDG 51 modernization program and the DDG 51 new construction program. Work will be performed in Orlando, Florida, and is expected to be completed by June 2024. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

Raytheon/Lockheed Martin Javelin JV, Tucson, Arizona, was awarded a $237,892,096 modification to contract for the Javelin Missile System. Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 30, 2025. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.

OST Inc.,  McLean, Virginia, was awarded a $90,000,000 modification to contract to provide responsive, integrated, and interoperable infrastructure for simulation, training, testing and instrumentation solutions, and acquisition services. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Orlando, Florida, is the contracting activity.

American International Contractors Inc.,  McLean, Virginia, was awarded a $37,010,368 firm-fixed-price contract for the construction of a new munitions support facility. Work will be performed in Azraq, Jordan, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 12, 2024. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Middle East District, is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Corp.,  Archbald, Pennsylvania, is awarded a $19,299,216 firm-fixed-price modification to a previously awarded contract. This modification exercises an option to procure 4,998 Bomb Dummy Units (BDU)-59B/B laser guided training rounds and production support of 1,666 metal containers. Work will be performed in Archbald, Pennsylvania (45%); Marlton, New Jersey (10%); Vaudreuil-Dorion, Canada (6.5%); Rochester, New York (5.5%); Westford, Massachusetts (3%); Plainville, Connecticut (2.75%); Joplin, Missouri (2.75%); Hauppauge, New York (1.5%); Quakertown, Pennsylvania (1.5%); San Jose, California (1.5 %); Laconia, New Hampshire (1.5%); Dunedin, Florida (1%); Clifton, New Jersey (1%); Londonderry, New Hampshire (1%); Canton, Pennsylvania (1%); Honesdale, Pennsylvania (1%); Mount Laurel, New Jersey (1%); Medford, New Jersey (1%); and various locations within the continental U.S. (11.5%), and is expected to be completed in January 2024. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, Rolling Meadows, Illinois, has been awarded an estimated $122,916,781 modification to a five-year base contract with no option periods adding spare parts for the AN/APR-39C(v)1 system. Location of performance is Illinois, with a March 30, 2027, performance completion date. Using military service is Army. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

SCI Technology Inc.,  Huntsville, Alabama, has been awarded a $29,862,796 firm-fixed-price contract for common intelligence displays. This is a two-year contract with no option periods. Location of performance is Alabama, with an Aug. 15, 2024, performance completion date.  The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime, Warren, Michigan

Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas is awarded a $372,461,030 modification to a previously issued basic ordering agreement. This modification adds scope to procure F-35 Lightning II Lots 15-16 ancillary mission equipment requirements for the Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps. Additionally, this modification adds scope to procure F-35 Lightning II initial spares for the Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers, and non-U.S Department of Defense (DOD) participants. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas, and is expected to be completed in December 2024. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
