Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc ., McLean, Virginia, is being awarded a $84,046,650 contract to provide technical and program support for the Naval Information Forces Command, Command Information Office directorate in Suffolk, Virginia.  Work will be performed in Suffolk, Virginia, and includes strategic planning and program management support, information environment readiness support, information warfare enterprise support, information technology service management support, cybersecurity and information assurance support, and information technology portfolio management support for the Naval Networking Environment strategy.  Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
Air New Zealand Gas Turbines (ANZGT) , Auckland, New Zealand, and MTU Maintenance Berlin-Brandenburg GmbH (MTU) , Ludwigsfelde, Germany are being  awarded a $70,000,000 contract for LM2500 single shank turbine gas generators.  The contracts awarded to ANZGT and MTU are not to exceed a combined total of $70,000,000.  Work will be performed in Auckland, New Zealand, and Ludwigsfelde, Germany.  This requirement is for commercial depot level overhaul of Navy, Coast Guard, Military Sealift Command, and Foreign Military Navy LM2500 single shank turbine gas generators for the 2SCog/Gas Turbines Life Cycle Support Branch, Code 423.  The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity.  
Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control Corp ., Grand Prairie, Texas, is being awarded a contract with a maximum ceiling value of $618,000,000.  Under this follow-on contract, the contractor will provide terminal high altitude area defense product support, which includes logistics performance requirements, maintenance, supply, training and training support, packaging, handling, storage, and transportation, forward stationing for theater support, logistics information capabilities, product assurance, safety, missile support, security, and engineering services.  The work will be performed in Dallas, Texas; Sunnyvale, California; Huntsville, Alabama; and Troy, Alabama.  The Missile Defense Agency, Huntsville, Alabama, is the contracting activity.
General Dynamics Mission Systems , Taunton, Massachusetts, has been awarded a maximum $400,000,000 contract for production of spare parts in support of the Warfighter Information Network-Tactical Increment system.  Location of performance is Massachusetts.  The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.  
FN America LLC , Columbia, South Carolina, and Colt’s Manufacturing Co., LLC , West Hartford, Connecticut, will compete for each order of the $383,311,941 contract to provide M16A4 rifles for foreign military sales (Afghanistan, Grenada, Iraq, Lebanon, and Nepal).  U.S. Army Contracting Command, Detroit Arsenal, Michigan, is the contracting activity.
General Electric Co ., Cincinnati, Ohio, has been awarded $707,274,997 for four contract actions under an existing F110 contract, for F110-GE-129 engine production. These actions provide for F110 engine production, including installs and spares and modernized engine management system computers. Work will be performed in Cincinnati, Ohio.  These actions involve foreign military sales to Slovakia, Bulgaria, Taiwan, and Qatar.  Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.  
EFW, Inc ., Fort Worth, Texas, has been awarded a maximum $79,054,850 contract for hand stations, gunner hand stations, and circuit cards for the Bradley fighting vehicle.  Location of performance is Texas.  Using military service is Army.  The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime, Warren, Michigan.
Raytheon Corp ., Marlborough, Massachusetts, has been awarded a $117,543,944 contract modification to exercise the production option contract line items for a global aircrew strategic network terminal. This modification brings the total cumulative value of the contract from $542,640,854 to $660,184,798. Work will be performed in Largo, Florida.  Air Force Material Command, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity.
Huntington Ingalls Industries , Fairfax, Virginia, and Des Moines, Iowa, has been awarded a $64,076,424 contract for Air National Guard operational training support. This contract provides for support of the Distributed Training Operations Center (DTOC). The primary mission of the DTOC is to provide expertise and staffing for the execution of Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) events and tests, and to provide technical and analytical expertise in support of networked operations. This effort includes technical and program management, scenario development, DMO mission execution, data collection, data reduction and analysis, technical and analytical support of networked operations, cybersecurity, test planning and reporting, requirements definition, system engineering, system software quality assurance/configuration control tasks and verification, validation, and accreditation tasks. Work will be performed in Des Moines, Iowa.  The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
The Boeing Co ., St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded a $75,141,193 contract in support of the F/A-18E/F Super Hornet fighter aircraft Service Life Assessment Program and Service Life Extension Program, Phase C follow-on effort. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri, and El Segundo, California.  This contract provides non-recurring engineering to assess the fatigue life of the aircraft as well as its subsystems and structures to extend the service life of the F/A-18E/F beyond the original design of the 6,000 flight hour service life.  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
