Raytheon Co ., Largo, Florida, is being awarded a $52,857,202 contract modification to exercise options for design agent and engineering services to support the Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) program. This option exercise is for design agent and engineering services to perform advanced studies and integration efforts as well as software sustainment and support. The CEC program provides a sensor network with integrated fire control capability that significantly improves strike force air and missile defense capabilities by coordinating measurement data from strike force air search sensors on CEC-equipped units into a single, integrated real-time, composite track air picture. CEC improves battle force effectiveness by improving overall situational awareness and by enabling longer range, cooperative, multiple, or layered engagement strategies. Work will be performed in Largo, Florida. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington DC, is the contracting activity.

BAE Systems, Information and Electronic Systems Integration, Inc ., Hudson, New Hampshire, is being awarded a $2,684,650,000 contract for the procurement of Advanced Precision Kill Weapon System (APKWS) II full rate production Lots 8-12. This award procures WGU-59/B units to upgrade the current 2.75-inch rocket system to a semi-active laser guided precision weapon to support Navy, Army, Air Force, and foreign military sales requirements to include the governments of Iraq, Lebanon, Netherlands, Jordan, Afghanistan, United Kingdom, Tunisia, Philippines, and Australia. Methuen Construction Co., Inc ., Plaistow, New Hampshire, is being awarded a $59,397,989 contract for construction of a paint blast and rubber consolidation facility located at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. CACI, Inc.–Federal , Chantilly, Virginia, is being awarded a $249,960,831 contract for continued post-deployment system support including service management, service operations, production and pre-production system sustainment, solution development environment, enterprise training and training devices, product lifecycle support, service transition for change requests, engineering change proposals, and reduction of reports, interfaces, customizations, and extensions, and potential tasks to support Global Combat Support System – Marine Corps future initiatives.
