Michael Baker International, Inc.,
San Diego, California, is being awarded a maximum amount $99,000,000
architect-engineer contract for civil engineering services located in the Naval
Facilities Engineering Command Southwest area of responsibility. The work to be
performed provides for the preparation of design-build and design-bid-build
construction contract packages, site investigations, studies, surveys and
reports, cost estimates, construction contract support services or post
construction award services, technical reviews of government-prepared request
for proposal for design-build projects or full plans and specifications for
design-bid-build projects, preparation of DD Form 1391 or similar planning and
programming related documents, incidental architectural, structural,
geotechnical, mechanical, electrical, and environmental work, identification
and abatement methods for existing asbestos-containing materials, lead-based
paint, and other hazardous materials. Work will be performed at various Navy
and Marine Corps facilities and other government facilities within the NAVFAC
Southwest AOR including, but not limited to, California, Arizona, Nevada,
Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command,
Southwest, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity.
Manson Construction Co.,
Seattle, Washington, is being awarded an $89,100,000 construction contract for
the design and construction replacement of Pier 8, Naval Base San Diego. The
work to be performed provides for the design and construction of a new
single-deck pile supported reinforced concrete pier to replace existing Pier 8.
Utilities include potable water, sanitary sewer, compressed air, oily waste,
and compensating ballast water collection systems. Electrical utilities include
underground distribution lines from shore side to pier including switching
station, primary and secondary distribution systems, telephone, coaxial and
fiber optic communications, supervisory control and data acquisitions systems
for energy monitoring and control, and fire alarm system. The pier includes
primary and secondary fenders, and new load out ramp cradles on the quaywall on
each side. The contract also contains two unexercised options, which if
exercised would increase cumulative contract value to $93,250,000. Work will be
performed in San Diego, California. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command,
Southwest, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity.
PPG Architectural Finishes, Inc.,
Alexander, Arkansas, is being awarded a $78,161,256 contract to fulfill Military
Sealift Command's Worldwide Paint Program. This requirement includes the
availability and delivery of paint and related technical support services to
Military Sealift Command (MSC) and other government-owned or
government-chartered ships designated by MSC. This contract includes a one-year
base period and four one-year ordering periods. Work will be performed at sea
worldwide. The Navy's Military Sealift Command, Norfolk, Virginia, is the
contracting activity.
Cisco Systems, Inc.,
San Jose, California, was awarded a contract for Cisco Smart Net Total Care
Joint Enterprise License Agreement (JELA) II. The contract ceiling is
$724,096,866. The place of performance will be across the Department of

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc.,
Poway, California, has been awarded $90,961,866 contract for the United Kingdom
MQ-9A Contractor Logistics Support Phase IV Program. This contract provides for
depot repair, life cycle sustainment, and software maintenance services for the
UK's MQ-9A fleet. Work will be performed in Poway, California. This contract
involves 100 percent foreign military sales to the UK. The Air Force Life Cycle
Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting
activity.
Inmarsat Government, Inc.,
Reston, Virginia, was awarded a blanket purchase agreement (BPA), for commercial
satellite communication services. The total cumulative face value of this BPA
is $246,000,000 (ceiling amount). The place of performance will be at Inmarsat
Government, Inc. The Defense Information Technology Organization, Scott Air
Force Base, Illinois, is the contracting activity.
Systems Implementers, Inc.,
Clearfield, Utah, has been awarded a ceiling $54,000,000 contract, for
maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) system implementation and sustainment.
This contract provides for implementation and sustainment support. Work will be
performed at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The Air Force Sustainment Center, Hill
Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity.
DTechLogic, LLC, a joint venture,
Huntsville, Alabama, is being awarded a $255,909,986 total value contract. The
contractor will provide the infrastructure and cybersecurity engineering
necessary to support ballistic missile defense system hardware-in-the-loop and
related ground testing in a continuous integration/continuous agile testing
environment. The work will be performed in Huntsville, Alabama. The Missile
Defense Agency, Huntsville, Alabama, is the contracting activity.
ArmorWorks Enterprises,
Chandler, Arizona, has been awarded a $206,073,316 contract for delivery of
payload transporters. This contract provides for replacement of aging payload
transporters. Work will be performed in Chandler, Arizona. The Intercontinental
Ballistic Missile Contracting Division, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the
contracting activity.
