Work will be performed in Fort Huachuca, Arizona. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
LOC Performance, Plymouth, Michigan, was awarded a $67,680,731 contract for Bradley Engineering Change Proposal 1 kits and installation. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Warren, Michigan, is the contracting activity.
Lockheed Martin Sippican, Inc., Marion, Massachusetts, is being awarded a $56,865,098 contract modification to exercise option year three for the production of Mk 48 Mod 7 guidance and control (G&C) sections, Mk 48 Mod 7 Common Broadband Advanced Sonar System (CBASS) Functional Item Replacement (FIR) kits, spares, production support material, and related engineering services and hardware repair support for G&C sections and CBASS kits. L-3 Communications Integrated Systems, LP, Waco, Texas, has been awarded a $499,592,426 contract for the major avionics upgrade for 176 C-130H aircraft operated by the Air National Guard and the Air Force Reserve Command. This contract provides for engineering and manufacturing development through production and includes training and logistics requirements. Work will be performed predominantly in Waco, Texas. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright Patterson, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
Universal Propulsion Co., Inc.,  Fairfield, California, has been awarded a $92,000,000 contract for the Modernized ACES II Electronic Sequencer. This contract provides for the supply of the Modernized ACES II Electronic Sequencer for the ejection seat on some U.S. and foreign military sales aircraft. Work will be performed in Fairfield, California. This contract involves foreign military sales to Thailand, Denmark, Jordan, Portugal, Pakistan, Egypt, Morocco, Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea, Poland, Indonesia, Chile, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Romania, Belgium, Turkey, Greece, Oman, and Pakistan. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity.
Medtronic, Inc.,  Minneapolis, Minnesota, has been awarded a $150,000,000 contract for radiology and imaging systems, subsystems, and components along with maintenance services, training, and incidental services related to the purchase of equipment. This is a five‐year base contract with one five‐year option period. Location of performance is Minnesota. Using customers are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and federal civilian agencies. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Taylor Engineering, Inc., Jacksonville, Florida; 5Engineering, Inc., Houston, Texas; Arcadis U.S., Inc., Highlands Ranch, Colorado; Ice & Dannenbaum, Corpus Christi, Texas; Geo-Stanley Joint Venture 1, Kevil, Kentucky; Ilsi-Arcadis Small Business Joint Venture, LLC, New Orleans, Louisiana; CEC-CDM Smith, a Joint Venture, Naples, Florida; FNI,COWI & CDM Smith, JV, Fort Worth, Texas; and HDR Engineering, Inc.,  Houston, Texas, will compete for each order of the $96,000,000 contract for architect and engineer services. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston, Texas, is the contracting activity.
Ahtna-CDM, JV, Irvine, California; Speedway Orion, JV, Vista, California; Gideon Contracting, LLC, Port Hueneme, California; Durable Good-Men, JV, Fresno, California; Fed Con – VC, JV, Ojai, California; and Teehee Engineering, Inc., Carlsbad, California, are each awarded a multiple award construction contract for new construction, renovation, and repair of general building construction projects at various government installations located in California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico. The maximum dollar value including the base period and one option period for all five contracts combined is $249,000,000. The work to be performed provides for new construction, renovation, and repair within the North American Industry Classification System code 236220, primarily by design-build or secondarily by design-bid-build, of general building construction projects. The work to be performed provides for the design, construction, supervision, equipment, material, labor, and all means necessary for new construction, renovation, and repair of general building construction projects at various government installations. These six contractors may compete for task orders under the terms and conditions of the awarded contract. All work on these contracts will be performed at various government installations located in California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity.
National Aerospace Solutions, LLC,  Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee, has been awarded a $179,038,803 contract modification for test operations and sustainment. This modification adds option year three (contract performance year four) for test operations, technology development, equipment and facility sustainment, capital improvements, and some support services for Arnold Engineering Development Complex. Work will be performed at Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee,. This modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $931,503,054. Air Force Test Center, Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee, is the contracting activity.
