Vital Link, Inc.,  Sealy, Texas, has been awarded a $228,843,057 requirements contract for the sustainment of Air Force noise suppressors. This contract provides for the repair, refurbishment, and relocation of noise suppressors. Work will be performed at Air Force locations worldwide. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is the contracting activity.
Point Blank Enterprises,  Pompano Beach, Florida, has been awarded a maximum $92,881,740 contract for enhanced small arms protective inserts. Using military services are Army, Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
BFBC, Bozeman, Montana; Texas Sterling Construction Co. , Houston, Texas; Bristol Construction Services, LLC, Anchorage, Alaska; Burgos Group, LLC, Albuquerque, New Mexico; Gibraltar-Caddell JV, Montgomery, Alabama; Fisher Sand & Gravel, Dickinson, North Dakota; Southwest Valley Constructors Co., Albuquerque, New Mexico; Randy Kinder Excavating, Inc., Dexter, Missouri; Martin Brothers Construction, Sacramento, California; SLSCO, Ltd., Galveston, Texas; Posillico Civil, Inc. Coastal Environmental Group, Inc., Farmingdale, New York; and CJW JV,  Santa Ana, California, will compete for each order of the $5,000,000,000 contract for design-build, design-bid-build horizontal construction task orders in support of the Department of Homeland Security San Diego, El Centro, Yuma, and Tucson Border Patrol sectors, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers South-Western Division and South Pacific Division. Work locations will be determined with each order. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth, Texas, is the contracting activity.
Science and Engineering Services, LLC, Huntsville, Alabama; Y-Tech Services, Inc., Huntsville, Alabama; and Tyonek Worldwide Services, Inc.,  Madison, Alabama, will compete for each order of the $2,440,000,000 hybrid contract to provide modifications to aviation systems. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.
United Launch Services,  Centennial, Colorado, has been awarded a $149,376,775 contract modification for National Security Space Launch Delta IV heavy launch services. This modification provides for launch vehicle production services for National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Launch Mission Two, the second of three planned NRO launch missions under this contract. Work will be performed in Centennial, Colorado; Decatur, Alabama; and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida. Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base, California, is the contracting activity.
Airborne Tactical Advantage Co., LLC, Newport News, Virginia, is being awarded a $55,611,547 contract modification to exercise the fourth option year in support of the Contracted Air Services program. This modification provides contractor-owned and operated Type III high subsonic and Type IV supersonic aircraft to Navy fleet customers for a wide variety of airborne threat simulation capabilities. Work will be performed in Newport News, Virginia; Point Mugu, California; and various locations outside the continental U.S. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
LiteFighter System, LLC, Canton, Georgia, has been awarded a maximum $200,000,000 contract for commercial-off-the-shelf shelters and tents. Locations of performance are Kentucky, Mississippi, and Georgia. Using military services are Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Northrop Grumman Systems Corp.,  Sierra Vista, Arizona, was awarded a $163,588,331 contract for Hunter unmanned aircraft system fleet support for operations, maintenance, engineering, re-engineering, and re-manufacturing. Work will be performed in Sierra Vista, Arizona. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.
Raytheon Missiles Systems,  Tucson, Arizona, was awarded a $101,333,802 contract modification to procure tactically-launched optically-tracked wireless-guided missiles. Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.
Harris Corp., Clifton, New Jersey, has been awarded a $71,761,512 contract for engineering services. This contract provides for nonrecurring engineering services for AN/ ALQ-172 countermeasures systems, to include performing a form, fit, function, and interface replacement of the AN/ALQ-172 Line Replaceable Unit (LRU)-2, and LRU-3, documents, and technical orders. Work will be performed in Clifton, New Jersey. Air Force Sustainment Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is the contracting activity.
The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded a $139,808,430 contract modification. This modification increases the ceiling of the contract to procure up to 12,000 additional precision laser guidance sets for the laser joint direct attack munition. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas; Cincinnati, Ohio; St. Louis and Odessa, Missouri; Simpsonville, South Carolina; Minneapolis, Minnesota; and various locations within the continental U.S. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
Applied Research Laboratory, University of Hawaii, Manoa, Hawaii, is being awarded a maximum value $77,209,225 task order contract for research, development, engineering, test, and evaluation for programs throughout the Department of Defense. Work will be performed in Manoa, Hawaii. Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington DC, is the contracting activity.
