Leidos Inc., Reston, Virginia, was awarded a $51,443,980 cost-plus-incentive-fee missile warning missile threat enhancement contract. This contract provides the North American Aerospace Defense Command, Cheyenne Mountain Complex-Integrated Tactical Warning and Attack Assessment (NCMC-ITW/AA) system to obtain essential services to enhance the Combatant Commanders Integrated Command and Control Systems’ (CCIC2S) missile warning capabilities. It will also develop the capability within non-traditional source-processing and display to process, display, and evaluate high fidelity data from non-traditional data sources for integration into the CCIC2S enterprise. Work will be performed in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and is expected to be completed by July 1, 2029. This contract was a competitive acquisition, and three offers were received. Fiscal 2024 research, development, test, and evaluation funds in the amount of $2,800,000 are being obligated at the time of award. Space Systems Command Acquisitions, Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado, is the contracting activity (FA8723-24-F-B007).

AAR Supply Chain Inc., doing business as AAR Defense Systems and Logistics,  Wood Dale, Illinois, has been awarded a maximum $46,569,952 fixed-price prospective-price redetermination, requirements contract for V-22 Osprey Black Hawk aircraft repair and replacement parts. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This is a three-year base contract with three three-year option periods. The performance completion date is June 29, 2027. Using customer is Defense Logistics Agency. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2024 through 2027 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Richmond, Virginia (SPE4AX-24-D-9401).

Lockheed Martin Corp.,  Fort Worth, Texas, is awarded a $39,721,885 modification (P00043) to a previously awarded cost-plus-incentive-fee, fixed-price incentive contract (N0001920C0032). This modification increases the contract ceiling to procure material and sustainment services to support depot stand-up and repair capabilities for the electrical power management system, electro hydrostatic actuation system, aircraft memory system, electro optical distributed aperture system, fuselage remote interface unit, missile remote interface units, suspension and release and landing to support the F-35 aircraft for the Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, non-U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) partners, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas, and is expected to be completed in June 2027. Fiscal 2024 aircraft procurement (Air Force) funds in the amount of $12,246,417; fiscal 2024 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $7,318,094; non-U.S. DOD partners funds in the amount of $3,820,438; and FMS funds in the amount of $2,464,320, will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

DRS Network & Imaging Systems,  Melbourne, Florida, was awarded a $95,000,000 modification (P00007) to contract W909MY-19-D-0004 for Second Generation Forward Looking Infrared B-Kit parts. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 29, 2026. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin Co., Stratford, Connecticut, was awarded a $251,483,904 modification (P00056) to contract W58RGZ-22-C-0010 for UH-60M aircraft. Work will be performed in Stratford, Connecticut, with an estimated completion date of June 30, 2027. Fiscal 2024 aircraft procurement, Army funds; and Foreign Military Sales (Croatia and Jordan) funds in the amount of $251,483,904, were obligated at the time of the award. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.

Raytheon Co., Tewksbury, Massachusetts, is awarded a cost-plus fixed-fee contract for the Radar Advanced Signal Processing effort. The total cumulative value of this contract, including a 36-month base period with two 27-month, one 18-month, and one 36-month option periods, is $42,998,434. This contract provides for the development of enhanced radar signal processing capabilities that take advantage of next generation receivers and exciters and computing accelerators for transition into shipboard radars that operate in increasingly harsh environments against challenging targets. Work will be performed in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, and the base period is expected to be completed in July 2027. Fiscal 2024 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $6,866,250 are obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Office of Naval Research, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity (N0001424C1103).

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems,  Moorestown, New Jersey, is awarded a $300,942,534 cost-plus-incentive-fee modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-21-C-5127) for software engineering and on-site support for the Australia Surface Combatant program. This contract involves Foreign Military Sales to the government of Australia. Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey (70%); and Adelaide, Australia (30%), and is expected to be completed by September 2031. Foreign Military Sales (Australia) funding in the amount of $20,108,000 will be obligated at the time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
