Timken Gears and Services, Inc., King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, is being awarded a $147,427,099 contract modification to exercise options for main reduction gear shipsets for Arleigh Burke class guided missile destroyers. The main reduction gear shipsets are the set of gears that transmit the power from two main propulsion gas turbines to the propulsion shaft. Each Arleigh Burke class guided missile destroyer has two gear assemblies, one for each propulsion shaft. Work will be performed in Santa Fe Springs, California; Riverside, Missouri; Latrobe and Erie, Pennsylvania; Fitchburg, Massachusetts; New Castle, Delaware; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; St. Augustine, Florida; and other locations. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington DC, is the contracting activity.
Northrop Grumman Systems Corp.,  San Diego, California, is being awarded a $65,173,723 advance acquisition contract for long-lead components for the manufacture and delivery of three low-rate initial production Lot 5 M-4C Triton unmanned aircraft for the Navy (2), and the government of Australia (1). In addition, this contract provides equipment and associated materials for three ground stations for the Navy (2); and the government of Australia (1). Work will be performed in San Diego, California; Salt Lake City, Utah; Baltimore, Maryland; Waco and Red Oak, Texas; Bridgeport, West Virginia; and various locations in the continental U.S. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
DynCorp International, LLC, Fort Worth, Texas, was awarded a $129,666,053 contract modification for logistics support services. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.
Cole Engineering Services, Inc.,  Orlando, Florida, was awarded a $69,869,425 contract modification for post-development software support. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Orlando, Florida, is the contracting activity.
Pivotal Software, Inc.,  San Francisco, California, has been awarded a $121,351,531 transaction agreement for support of Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Detachment 12, Kessel Run. This agreement provides for utilization of the prototyped methodology and the software and services that support them across the entire Air Force Air Operations Center, serving as follow-on to the successful prototype agreement between Pivotal Software, Inc. and the Army Contracting Command-New Jersey. Work will be performed primarily in Boston and Cambridge, Massachusetts, and Washington DC. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity.
Raytheon Solipsys Corp., Fulton, Maryland, was awarded a $92,800,000 contract for licenses and lifecycle support activities needed to upgrade and sustain the Multi-Source Correlator Tracker and Tactical Display Framework software applications within the Common Aviation Command and Control software baseline. The program is managed within the portfolio of Program Executive Officer Land Systems, Quantico, Virginia. Work will be performed in Fulton, Maryland. The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
General Electric – Aviation, Cincinnati, Ohio, has been awarded a maximum $79,702,840 requirements contract for F110-GE-100 aircraft engine support. Locations of performance are Kansas and Texas. Using military service is Air Force and involves foreign military sales to the Egyptian Air Force. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Richmond, Virginia.
United Technologies Corp., Pratt and Whitney Engines,  East Hartford, Connecticut, is being awarded a $3,239,028,961 contract modification for the production and delivery of 233 propulsion systems. This modification provides for the production and delivery of 56 F135-PW-100 propulsion systems for the Air Force; 10 F135-PW-100 propulsion systems for the Navy; 24 F135-PW-600 propulsion systems for the Marine Corps; 125 F135-PW-100 and 18 F135-PW-600 propulsion systems for non-Department of Defense participants and foreign military sales customers. Work will be performed in East Hartford, Connecticut; Indianapolis, Indiana; and Bristol, United Kingdom. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
KBRwyle Technology Solutions, LLC,  Columbia, Maryland, is being awarded a $530,375,543 contract for Marine Corps Prepositioning Program logistics services in support of Blount Island Command. This contract provides for a full range of logistics support services to include maintenance of equipment and materiel management such that required assets are attained, preserved, packaged, and available in support of the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program and deployed forces worldwide. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $949,423,564. Work will be performed in Jacksonville, Florida; Kuwait; aboard 12 Maritime Prepositioning Ships; and Norway. The U.S. Marine Corps, Blount Island Command, Jacksonville, Florida, is the contracting activity.
Hensel Phelps Construction Co., Honolulu, Hawaii, is being awarded a $53,465,000 contract for the construction of a new corrosion control hangar at Marine Corps Base Hawaii. The work to be performed provides for the construction (design-bid-build) of a corrosion control hangar with a steel-frame and a steel roof deck supported by structural steel beams and trusses, and shallow concrete footing. The facility provides one bay for aircraft depaint operations, one bay for paint operations, support spaces, storage, hazardous material storage, administrative areas, and equipment storage. Work will be performed in Kaneohe, Hawaii. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Pacific, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, is the contracting activity.
